MOON RIBs Construction Characteristics - Hulls:

The Tourism and Ocean Offshore Lines are characterized by their moulded decks in one piece with the bow seat-case, non-slip floor, rear gangways for easy access to the water with keeping place, and moulded steering cables entry that stay hidden under the floor. The MOON RIBs of the WORK line respond to the professional necessities of greater exigencies, structurally overdimensioned in their materials they allow great load capacity.
The hull's building system is characterized, among other things, by its FGRP laminated structural reinforcements, joggled to the hull inside the matrix making up one single casting. These reinforcements are not made of wood and the lamination is entirely hand-made from the first layer (we do not use a sprinkler).
In the two superior lines we also find over-midship storage compartments under deck with separate hatches for fuel tanks or cases.
Other characteristics are the large and multipurpose spaces, and their hulls design to obtain great performance with lower power.
To all these we can include the added value of their elegant and sharp lines that are exclusive of our designs.
All these, added to the first quality materials, overdimensioned structures, professional and specialized workers, etc. make emphasize our MOON RIBs and prepare them to confront situations that only a professional boat can resist.

MOON RIBs Construction Characteristics - Inflatable Tubes:

Our inflatable tubes are build with first quality weaves, specially formulated to support extreme cold, ice, sudden changes of temperature, UVA rays, etc. Reinforced, taped from the inside and outside. All these for the use in the most extreme conditions.
Our boats' inflatable tubes are conical and mirror the exclusiveness of all our designs. They agree with the design of the hulls, so that the boat can obtain better penetration in strong wind and water conditions, as well as in calm conditions. In the same way, they offer less resistance to beat the air and water, and at the same time the boats continue keeping their large and multipurpose intern spaces.
The Ocean Offshore and Work lines are characterized by having the inflatable tubes' perimeter under the rubbing strake double in its material and crossed in its weaving.
